Welcome to the Summer 2009 issue of Joie de Vivre!
Folks, it's summertime and the livin' is easy. It's so easy that--oops!--this issue was delayed for a month! I assure you it was for a good cause... I had a niece to cuddle endlessly, after all!
Once again I'd like to thank all our readers for being so supportive, and all our writers for turning out such varied and interesting work. Welcome newcomer Arlene Decker to the flock. This issue has poetry, travel, and even a very short illustrated children's story!
